These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase or use of coaching services, digital products, and other services offered through Love, Biffy.

Love, Biffy is currently owned and operated by Elizabeth Rublein (“Love, Biffy,” “I,” “me,” or “my”).

By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service, or booking a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into this agreement to purchase or use services offered through this website.

You may not use this website or its services where doing so would violate applicable law.

COACHING SERVICES

Love, Biffy provides personal coaching designed to help you explore your circumstances, recognize patterns, consider different perspectives, gain clarity, and make your own decisions about how you want to move forward.

Coaching is a collaborative process. I may ask questions, offer observations, challenge assumptions, identify patterns, or provide tools, exercises, and perspectives for you to consider.

I do not make decisions for you, and you remain solely responsible for your own choices, actions, well-being, and results.

You understand that coaching may involve discussion of different areas of your life, including relationships, work, finances, health, family, education, personal development, and other circumstances. Decisions regarding those areas remain your responsibility.

COACHING IS NOT THERAPY OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, or a substitute for mental health care.

I do not diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure mental health disorders or medical conditions through coaching.

Coaching also does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for seeking appropriate qualified professional care or advice when needed.

If you are currently working with a mental health or other licensed professional, coaching is not intended to replace that relationship or the guidance of that professional.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The value of coaching depends in part upon your willingness to participate honestly and thoughtfully in the process.

You are responsible for determining whether and how to apply anything discussed during a coaching session or provided through coaching materials.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, choices, actions, inaction, and results arising from or following coaching.

No specific result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Current services, availability, prices, and applicable fees are displayed on this website at the time of booking or purchase.

Payment is due according to the terms presented during checkout.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the description and price of the product or service and agree to pay the stated amount.

Love, Biffy reserves the right to change services, products, and prices at any time. Changes will not alter the price of a product or service you have already purchased unless otherwise agreed.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

If Love, Biffy needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your session or receive a refund for the affected session.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at my discretion.

REFUNDS

Because coaching sessions reserve dedicated time specifically for you, completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are also non-refundable.

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Any different refund terms expressly stated at the time of purchase will control for that particular product or service.

CONFIDENTIALITY

I respect the private nature of coaching and will not disclose information you share during coaching without your consent except as described below or as otherwise required by law.

Please understand that a coach-client relationship is not a legally privileged relationship in the same way that certain communications with licensed medical, mental health, or legal professionals may be.

Confidential information does not include information that:

is already publicly available;
I am legally required to disclose pursuant to applicable law, subpoena, or court order;
causes me to reasonably believe there is an imminent or likely risk of serious harm to you or another person; or
must otherwise be disclosed as required by applicable law.

I will not use your name, story, or testimonial publicly as a client reference without your permission.

You understand that electronic communications, email, and virtual coaching platforms carry some inherent privacy and security risk.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

From time to time, Love, Biffy may offer digital products such as guides, worksheets, exercises, downloads, audio, video, or other educational and personal-development materials.

Digital products are provided for your personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

Because digital products provide access to content that cannot practically be returned once delivered or accessed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

Purchase of a digital product does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, relationship, financial, or other result.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

They are not promises or guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.

Every person, situation, and coaching experience is different. No particular personal, professional, relationship, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.

WEBSITE & SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Love, Biffy may modify, replace, discontinue, or limit website features, products, or services at any time.

I may also refuse, discontinue, or terminate a coaching relationship when appropriate, including when these Terms have been violated, when the coaching relationship is no longer appropriate or productive, or when continued coaching would otherwise be inappropriate.

If I discontinue a prepaid coaching service before it has been provided, you will receive a refund for the affected unused service unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

This website may use third-party providers for website hosting, scheduling, videoconferencing, payment processing, email, or other functionality.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elizabeth Rublein and Love, Biffy are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, or practices of third-party providers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Refunds for prepaid but unused services, if applicable, will be determined according to the cancellation and refund provisions above and applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to services, products, business practices, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
